                Kindergarten Registration              

Kindergarten registration for the 2022-2023 academic year is now open.  Your child must turn 5 years old before September 30, 2022,  in order to register for the 2022-2023 school year.  To register you will be directed to our FinalForms portal that will require you to use your personal email account to begin the process.  You will need to upload the following documents during the final forms process:  Click here to begin the registration process

1. The child’s official birth certificate
2. The child’s immunization record                          
3. The child’s social security number or card
4. Any legal documents such as custody, divorce, or separation
5. Proof of residency (utility or electric bill)
    

Upon completion of the required documents in FinalForms, you will be contacted by our Elementary staff to schedule an appointment for our August Kindergarten screening.  Each screening appointment will last approximately 45 minutes and will assess each student’s early literacy and math skills.  Parents will also have an opportunity to learn more about the building and district’s routines and procedures for the start of the school year.
