It is the responsibility of contractors to print out drawings to scale at the agency of their choice. Plans are at the print scale of 24x36 inches and smaller printing will not result in scale. Should you need a printout of the renderings please contact Jan Stover in the Superintendent's office to obtain paper copies at (330) 385-7132. 

All contractors interested in bidding should email the Superintendent at jonathan.ludwig@elpotters.school and Treasurer at anson.wiegand@elpotters.school and provide the following: Name, Company Name, Address, Email Address, and Phone Number. Please make the subject of the email: Bidder for Patterson Field. Contractors who fail to provide information to the school shall not be on the list to receive addendums and bidding updates.
